To book a vendor, you can either:
  • Select a pre-made package, or
  • Submit a custom booking request

Once the vendor accepts your request, the booking is confirmed.

Deposits are determined by the vendor.
  • The deposit is charged upon booking acceptance
  • The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to the service date
At checkout, the following fees apply:

Yes. Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days prior to the service date.

All refunds are processed in accordance with Stripe processing timelines and policies, which are outside of Wedzie's control.

Cancellations within 30 days of the service date are not permitted through the Wedzie platform and are non-refundable in accordance with Wedzie's Terms & Conditions.
  • Vendors cannot process a cancellation on the Wedzie platform within 30 days of the service date
  • If a vendor cancels more than 30 days prior to the service date, refunds will be issued in accordance with Wedzie's Terms & Conditions

All refunds are processed in accordance with Stripe processing timelines and policies, which are outside of Wedzie's control.

Wedzie is a marketplace platform. Wedzie is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or completion of services provided by vendors.

Clients are encouraged to:

  • Leave a vendor review
  • Resolve any disputes directly with the vendor

Wedzie is not a party to client-vendor agreements and does not mediate service disputes.

All communication takes place through the Wedzie platform.
No. Vendors are independent businesses. Wedzie does not guarantee:
  • Service quality
  • Availability
  • Performance

Clients are responsible for reviewing vendor profiles and making informed booking decisions.

Clients can:

You have full control to accept or decline bookings.

When a booking request is accepted, Stripe processes the payment and will automatically deduct the Stripe processing fee from the vendor's Stripe account. Stripe's processing fee is on the total charged to the customer.

Yes. All vendors must onboard with Stripe Connect to receive booking payments.
Booking payments are processed through your connected Stripe account. Funds are deposited into your Stripe account upon completion of the transaction, and you can either manually request a payout or set up automatic transfers to your bank account. The timing of when funds become available and are paid out is determined by Stripe and is outside of Wedzie's control.
  • Vendors cannot cancel within 30 days of the service date on the Wedzie Platform
  • If cancelling more than 30 days prior to the service date, refunds will be issued to the client in accordance with Wedzie's Terms & Conditions, including:
    • Deposit
    • Service fee
    • Applicable taxes on those amounts
  • The Stripe processing fee charged on the original payment amount is non-refundable

  • Vendors may subscribe to standard or premium listings
  • Subscriptions may be:
    • Monthly, or
    • Annual (discounted rate)

Annual subscriptions:

  • Renew automatically
  • Must be paid through the full term, even if cancelled early
Failure to pay or disputes may result in:
  • Suspension or removal of listings
  • Repayment of discounted amounts
  • Recovery actions for outstanding balances
Premium listings offer:
  • Priority placement above standard listings
  • A "Sponsored" label
  • A chance to be featured on the homepage

Placement is not guaranteed if multiple premium listings exist.

All communication should occur through the Wedzie platform to maintain accurate records and ensure proper booking management.
Vendors are expected to operate in good faith within the platform. Attempts to bypass platform fees or bookings may result in account restrictions or removal.
Wedzie Inc. operates as an online marketplace connecting clients and independent vendors.
  • Wedzie is not a service provider
  • Wedzie is not a party to contracts between clients and vendors
  • Wedzie does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services
  • All agreements, services, and disputes are solely between clients and vendors
